2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication data through our authentication provider (Clerk). If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your Google profile information.

2.2 WhatsApp Business Data

When you connect a WhatsApp Business number, we store your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, and an access token provided by Meta. We also store conversation data (messages sent and received) for the purpose of providing the AI agent service.

2.3 Conversation Data

We store messages exchanged between your WhatsApp contacts and your AI agent. This includes the contact's phone number, display name (if available), message content, and timestamps.

2.4 Usage Data

We may collect information about how you access and use the platform, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Nexora Agent service, including processing WhatsApp messages through AI agents
  • To authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • To store and display your conversation history
  • To send AI-generated responses on your behalf through the WhatsApp Business API
  • To improve and optimize our platform
  • To communicate with you about service updates

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Clerk — for authentication and user management
  • Supabase — for database hosting and storage
  • Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API) — for sending and receiving WhatsApp messages
  • OpenAI — for generating AI responses. Message content is sent to OpenAI for processing. Please review OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel — for application hosting

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Conversation data is retained until you delete your account or disconnect the associated WhatsApp number. When a WhatsApp number is disconnected, all related conversations, messages, agent settings, and blacklist entries are permanently deleted.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
